Our Data Abstractor Training Program is designed to prepare students for a successful career in healthcare data abstraction, including HEDIS measures. This 5-week course combines instruction, hands-on practice, and career preparation. Students will gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools to begin applying for Data Abstractor roles right after the program.

No, we are not recruiters. We are coaches and instructors who provide the skills, tools, and confidence you need to apply for Data Abstractor roles on your own.

Do you help with resumes and interviews?

Yes! We provide resume samples, personalized resume feedback, and interview preparation. We also supply practice interview questions and answers for continued self-study after the class.

Will I get hands-on training?

Yes, we include hands-on projects that simulate real-world data abstraction tasks, so you’ll feel prepared to step into the job.

Do I need a healthcare background to join?

No! This program is open to everyone, including beginners with no medical experience. Healthcare professionals are also welcome.
